At PLAND, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their digital purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your digital product, we offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase.

Please note that we may ask for additional information to verify your purchase and to better understand your reason for the refund request. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we deem to be fraudulent or that violate our terms of use.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

This refund policy applies to all digital products sold by PLAND, including but not limited to e-books, digital planner, and digital downloads. It does not apply to physical products, services, or products purchased through third-party vendors.
